Must Have
7+ years of experience with the military decision-making process (MDMP) or Joint Planning Process, 7+ years of experience with the Department of Defense (DoD), including Combatant Commands, 5+ years of experience with future-year strategic and operational planning, 5+ years of experience providing analysis, writing reports, and briefing senior military officers, 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, Experience with special operations forces, Knowledge of key national, DoD, and Joint Staff strategic guidance, TS/SCI clearance
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience working with DoD military strategists and planners, 5+ years of experience developing or contributing to the development of plans and strategies, Experience with a theater level or operational level military headquarters in strategy and plans, Experience researching various military and international affairs topics, Experience with military posture, strategic communications, and information capabilities, Experience in the EUCOM AOR, Knowledge of command structures in Europe, and European theater strategy, plans, policies, and guidance, Possession of excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, Graduate of a senior service college, including Air War College, Army War College, Naval War College, or Marine Corps War College, or advanced studies group graduate, including SAASS, MAWS, JAWS, SAMS, or SAW
