We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Permitting Manager to lead permitting strategy and execution for a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility project in New York. This role will report directly to the Head of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Engineering and will be responsible for driving all permitting activities required to support aggressive design and construction schedules for one of the most advanced manufacturing projects in the United States. This is not a traditional permit coordinator role. We are looking for someone who understands how to navigate complex jurisdictions, build relationships with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), remove roadblocks, and proactively drive solutions in a fast-paced mega-project environment. The ideal candidate understands large industrial or semiconductor construction, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to push projects forward while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. Key Responsibilities Lead overall permitting strategy and execution for the New York semiconductor fab project. Serve as the primary interface between Engineering, Construction, AHJs, third-party reviewers, and external design partners regarding permitting activities. Develop and maintain a comprehensive permitting roadmap aligned with project milestones and construction sequencing. Identify permitting risks early and implement mitigation plans to avoid impacts to schedule, procurement, and construction execution. Coordinate closely with CSA Engineering, Process Engineering, Construction, Environmental, Utilities, and external design firms to ensure permit-ready design deliverables. Manage permit
