What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Significant senior experience in banking or financial services, Real working knowledge of how a bank runs, Deep understanding of credit risk and lending dynamics, Demonstrated track record of executing new product launches, partnerships or distribution initiatives at scale inside or with a bank, Ability and willingness to travel across the region

Nice to Have

6–8+ years progressive experience in banking, financial markets or fintech-bank partnerships, Some exposure at executive level, Experience structuring and launching lending, digital banking or embedded finance products
