What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in partnerships, project management, event operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles, project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence managing external relationships and executive-level coordination, Experience planning and executing conferences, events, executive meetings, roundtables, or hospitality experiences, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments, Experience with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Monday. com http://Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms, Comfort managing travel coordination, operational logistics, scheduling, and event execution

Experience supporting strategic partnerships, sponsorships, or business development initiatives within SaaS, nonprofit, fintech, or mission-driven organizations, Familiarity with event marketing, partner ecosystem management, or GTM operations, Experience coordinating executive-level events, customer advisory boards, or VIP experiences, systems-thinking mindset with experience improving operational processes and workflows, Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-changing startup environments
What You'll Do.
Own operational coordination and execution of Overflow’s strategic partnership initiatives
Serve as key point of contact for external partners
Manage logistics and project execution for conferences

Coordinate all aspects of partnership event execution
Partner cross-functionally with Sales
and Executive Leadership
Track sponsorship deliverables
and follow-up actions
Build and maintain scalable workflows
and operational processes
Support partner onboarding

Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with venues
and external event partners
Track and report on partnership and event KPIs
Coordinate executive scheduling and logistics for strategic partner meetings
Ensure Overflow’s brand

Support additional strategic GTM and partnership initiatives
