You will develop strategic partnerships with public and private entities, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance while establishing access to high-value transportation hubs across Canada About the Role Secure high-impact locations for bus stops and stations by leveraging government relationships and private-sector negotiation skills Identify, negotiate, and secure bus stop access agreements with private business partners to support and expand network operations Align commercial objectives with government policies by identifying opportunities and mitigating regulatory risks Develop partnerships with businesses, Canadian transit agencies (e.g., Metrolinx, OC Transpo, Calgary Transit), and property owners to enhance station access and amenities Serve as the primary contact for station-related and government relations matters, advocating for the company in infrastructure planning forums Coordinate with teams to standardize documentation and refine processes, enabling improved efficiencies About You 1+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or real estate development, including work with Canadian government entities at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels 1+ years of project management experience with knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations (e.g., Transport Canada and provincial Ministries of Transportation) and public transit systems Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience initiating new business relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Ex
