What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Account management or customer success experience with 10+ years (including experience managing large strategic accounts), Extensive experience in the industry (SaaS industry is desirable), Deep knowledge of user journeys, business processes, marketing, GTM strategies, integrations, and data analysis, Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, growth, and retention, Excellent comprehensive communication skills, both oral and written, in both Japanese and English, Excellent presentation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Project management experience, Technical background, Experience working with Fortune 500 companies
What You'll Do.
Management of Wix's most important strategic channel accounts and partnerships in the Japanese market
Deep understanding of customer's technical and business environment
taking responsibility for their growth and success
Deep understanding of platform features
including integrations
Translating customer requirements into product features and proposing optimal solutions
Achieving customer consensus and realizing project execution within high quality
Operation and management of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and ABR (Annual Business Review)

Close collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders
