Must Have
5+ years of experience in eSourcing or strategic sourcing roles within large, complex, global organizations, Demonstrated expertise across end-to-end sourcing processes, eSourcing tools, and value delivery, Proven track record of generating quantifiable sourcing impact across direct, indirect, and capital spend categories, analytical, project management, and stakeholder-influencing skills, Advanced Excel proficiency
Nice to Have
Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering degree preference, experience with Ariba, experience with spend-visibility platforms, Prior experience in private equity or multi-portfolio environments, Lean / Six Sigma training, procurement transformation experience, Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
What You'll Do.
Provide central leadership and program management for eSourcing initiative
and track eSourcing impact targets
Oversee pipeline development
Maintain eSourcing databases and facilitate forums
Support portfolio companies through hands-on engagement
Drive awareness and adoption through training
Encourage portfolio companies to dedicate resources
Leverage Spend360 platform to identify opportunities
Use spend analytics to support compliance
Partner with Sourcing Center to execute events
Contribute to development of eSourcing processes
Support conferences and events

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with portfolio company stakeholders; Partner with the Blackstone Sourcing Center; Facilitate recurring practitioner forums and monthly council meetings
