Native German language, English fluent, At least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in partnership development, in a competitive, data-driven environment, Understanding of SaaS business models, Interest in technology, Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

What You'll Do.
and onboard new Channel Partners
Develop and implement effective partner onboarding programs
Educate partners on Aircall's products
Build and maintain strong
long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners
Conduct regular business reviews with partners
Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve mutually agreed-upon revenue targets
Provide ongoing sales enablement
and support to partners
Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners
Track and report on partner performance metrics
Accurately forecast partner sales
Provide regular reports on partner performance
and market insights to management
Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the channel partner program
Work cross-functionally with Marketing
and GTM teams to support partner needs and program enhancements
Stay informed about industry trends
competitive landscape
and best practices in channel management

Team & Collaboration
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region; Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless hand-off and co-selling opportunities with partners; Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and GTM teams to support partner needs and program enhancements
