Strategic Operations sits at the centre of how Spare runs day to day. The foundation of the role is executive support for the three co-founders and oversight of the in-office experience: travel and scheduling, vendor relationships, events, culture, the environment that makes Spare a place people want to show up to. Once that foundation is dialled in, the role opens up into real strategic work alongside the Manager, Strategic Projects: planning sessions, cross-functional initiatives, board cycle support, and the internal AI tooling that is shaping how Spare operates next. The operational work is non-negotiable. It comes first because it is the foundation everything else is built on. The strategic work is what makes this role different, and it is what you grow into as you prove out the baseline. This is an early-career role.
