Purpose: Keller Postman is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Strategic Operations Business Analyst to join the Case Management team. This role is primarily responsible for building robust Sigma reports and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across case development and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools, a keen eye for data trends, and the ability to work collaboratively with legal and operational teams. Your work will directly influence how we evaluate case quality, forecast client workup volume, and assess the productivity of our case management teams. This position is remote; however, the candidate must be in Central Time or willing to work regular Central Time business hours. The compensation for this position will be a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
