Job Title: Strategic Operations Associate About Us Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated, modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within them, and the patients they serve. We aim to redefine what healthcare software should look and feel like by eliminating inefficiency and enabling providers to deliver better care. We are seeking a highly analytical, resourceful, and proactive Strategic Operations Associate to join our Operations team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, this role will support a variety of high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the business. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, data analysis, and execution. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, enjoys structuring complex problems, and is excited to work closely with senior leadership on projects that shape Prompt’s growth, go-to-market strategy, and operational priorities. Responsibilities Strategic Project Management & Execution - Support High-Priority Strategic Initiatives: Partner closely with the Vice President of Operations to scope, coordinate, and execute strategic projects across the business. Help ensure priorities are well-defined, workstreams stay on track, and stakeholders remain aligned. - Cross-Functional Project Management: Support the VP of Operations in managing cross-functional initiatives involving teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Operations. Facilitate communication, track progress, identify blockers, and drive follow-through. - Ad Hoc Strategic Projects: Jump into ambiguous or time-sensitive projects as needed, quickly developing context, organizing workstreams, and helping move initiatives from idea to execution.
