Must Have

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Public Health, Management, Pharmacy, or a related field, A minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a background in RM, DM, KA, or RPM, and expertise in healthcare quality management or oncology-related fields, Extensive knowledge of National Health Commission and industry-specific oncology QC policies and standards, with the ability to design and implement robust training and certification programs, Proficiency in office software and data analysis tools, adept at creating training materials, reports, and related documentation

Nice to Have

Prior experience in healthcare institutions, pharmacy, or the development of medical quality control systems is advantageous, Familiarity with the COE certification process and standards, coupled with experience in conducting onsite inspections or managing certification projects, Proven data analysis skills and expertise in visualizing provincial QC results and generating insightful reports, project management and interdepartmental communication abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring efficient execution

**Job Summary:** The Strategic Marketing Manager position is pivotal in response to the growing demand for advanced oncology care and the need for stringent QC measures. This role will lead MDT training, ensure COE certification, expand hospital alliances, implement QC systems, and upgrade our National Oncology Surveillance Network.
