What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years in strategic initiatives, business development, new venture launch, investment banking or management consulting, Demonstrated experience standing up a new product line, market, or business unit from zero or near-zero, Comfortable operating alongside C-suite and senior leaders, with data—can build a financial model, size a market, and pressure-test assumptions without needing a dedicated analyst, Excellent in docs, decks, and rooms. Can pitch a strategy to leadership and brief a cross-functional team with equal clarity, Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and modern productivity software to move faster and produce higher-quality work
Nice to Have
ideally in proptech, real estate, or a high-growth operating company, Familiarity with condo sales, new development processes, or developer relationships is a plus
