What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum five years progressive experience with demonstrated knowledge and understanding in the management of all aspects of HR functions, including Ontario's workplace legislation (ESA, OHRC, OHSA, WSIA, LRA) in a multi union environment, Comprehensive knowledge of human resource policies, practices and processes, particularly in the areas of employment law, and labour relations, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build relationships, Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels with comprehensive consultative, partnering, facilitating, and influencing/negotiating skills to energize and motivate managers and staff to deliver their best, Highly effective and persuasive personality, setting priorities with excellent organization skills to work effectively under pressure of high volume work, Forward-thinker who possess' solid leadership, strategic vision, good professional presence, and possess excellent communication skills: elicit accurate information, respond to ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise documentation, Highly motivated, self-starter, requiring little direction, analytical, ability to problem-solve, Must demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and Collaboration
Nice to Have
CHRP an asset, Conflict resolution, mediation or negotiation skills training preferred, Knowledge of budget and financial processes preferred, experience in health care environments is considered a asset
What You'll Do.

work in collaboration with stakeholders to drive organization effectiveness
capacity and engagement.
Knowledge and understanding of the client portfolio in order to serve as an HR subject matter expert to client leadership team
Collaborate and partner with clinical and non-clinical directors/managers in developing and implementation of staffing strategies
Partner with and serve as a resource to employees
management to promote and maintain positive employee and labour relations to strengthen and optimize talent
in their performance and engagement
and advise on the equitable resolution of job-related complaints
grievances and balancing employee and Osler interests to mitigate and manage risks creating an environment that promotes engagement and inclusivity
Prepare/present and represent position statements and evidence on behalf of Osler
guidance to assist in the facilitation of the responsibilities of the workplace parties as it related to the duty to accommodate
guidance and consultation on best practices
employment law and keeping abreast of current trends /changes in legislation providing practical advice to clients based on the interpretation of policies and procedures and employment law (ESA
