As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents who can thrive in the competitive real estate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline of skilled agents and assist in expanding our team's presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for connecting with exceptional real estate professionals.
