As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented agents who can thrive in the competitive real estate industry. Your primary responsibility will be to build a pipeline of skilled agents and assist in expanding our team's presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and a passion for connecting with exceptional real estate professionals. Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Utilize targeted channels (online platforms, industry networks, real estate associations, etc.) to actively source and attract experienced and aspiring real estate agents Candidate Screening: Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, track records, and suitability for our team Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews, either through video conferencing or in-person, to assess candidates' skills, market knowledge, sales abilities, and cultural fit within our organization Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals to understand their career goals, market expertise, and potential fit with our team Collaboration with Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers to understand team needs, develop effective recruitment st
