About the Role: We are looking for a Strategic Growth Lead to work directly with the Head of Growth and executive team to shape, build, and scale webAI’s public sector growth function. This is a foundational role at the center of the company’s growth engine, combining market intelligence, business development, revenue operations, and internal strategy. You will help ensure we are in position before opportunities formalize, while also building the systems that allow us to win consistently. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate as a future growth leader / GM, not just support business development.
