What You'll Do.
Assess client funding needs
Identify financing solutions
Review client financial information
Review supporting documentation
Guide clients through lending process
Maintain ongoing communication with clients
Educate clients on financing options
Educate clients on lending requirements
Educate clients on funding expectations
Build relationships with lenders
Build relationships with funding sources
Match clients with lending partners
Maintain working knowledge of lending products
Maintain working knowledge of underwriting requirements
Maintain working knowledge of market trends
Coordinate lender introductions
Facilitate communication between clients and partners
Align lending strategies with client objectives
Provide updates on funding activity
Provide updates on pipeline status
Provide updates on lending outcomes
Support client strategy discussions
Participate in departmental training
Perform other work duties
