Must Have
5–7+ years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, financial consulting, brokerage, underwriting support, or related financial services roles, Knowledge of underwriting concepts and lending structures, mastery of financial statement interpretation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), Proven ability to communicate insights to executive-level stakeholders, Advanced Proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups), written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work in a client-facing environment under supervision
Nice to Have
Experience working directly with business owners, lenders, and client-facing financial environments, Experience supporting multiple industries and varying business sizes

Match clients with lending partners
