What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related fields, Experience supporting high-growth B2B SaaS companies with hybrid software + services business models, understanding of SaaS and professional services revenue models, Experience building and maintaining complex financial models, Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition principles, understanding of services metrics, including utilization, billable hours, and blended margins, Experience with driver-based forecasting, scenario modeling, and business partnering
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global operations is a plus

Support board reporting
Serve as strategic finance partner
Drive visibility into business performance
Partner with GTM and Delivery leaders
Help leaders make informed decisions
Partner closely with Accounting
Support cash planning
Help build scalable finance processes
Leverage AI to improve finance operations
Identify opportunities to automate workflows

Partner with leaders across GTM, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Delivery, Operations, and Accounting; Partner closely with the Director of Accounting; Partner with GTM and Delivery leaders
