What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a related analytical role, Experience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology environment, financial modeling skills, a structured, first-principles approach to problem solving, Fluency in core SaaS metrics, including ARR, gross margin, magic number, and burn/runway, Experience partnering with cross-functional leaders and influencing decisions through data, judgment, and communication, Comfort working in ambiguity and a high-ownership environment where priorities evolve quickly
What You'll Do.
Drive corporate planning and forecasting processes
including annual planning
monthly financial reviews
weekly operating rhythms
and long-range planning
Own the corporate forecast model and facilitate collection of key inputs from stakeholders
Own analysis of key business drivers across the deployment
and corporate functions
and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives such as margin analysis
technology vendor forecasting
and hiring pipeline performance
high-quality materials for executive and board discussions
distilling complex data into concise narratives and decision points
Help improve the systems
and operating cadences that allow Finance to scale effectively with the business
