About the Role Ethos is looking for ambitious and analytical individuals to join our Finance develop actionable insights and recommendations. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Finance teams on high-impact projects. Build and maintain financial and operational models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decisions. Track key performance indicators for the business and identify improvement opportunities. Support annual and quarterly business reviews, financial planning, and cross-functional initiatives. Collaborate with the US-based Finance familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is an advantage. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present insights clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
