We underwrite and issue policies directly, with fewer handoffs and less friction. Cutting out intermediaries lets us tailor coverage to how companies actually operate and price risk more efficiently. THE ROLE We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Associate to help build and scale finance at Corgi. This is not a traditional FP&A role where you update spreadsheets and sit in meetings all day. You’ll work directly with leadership on the financial and operational questions that matter most, from forecasting and company planning to underwriting performance, growth investments, and strategic decision-making. You should be excited to dive into messy problems, learn quickly, and use finance as a tool to drive decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly curious, and wants exposure to company-building.
