ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for our first Strategic Finance Analyst to help build the financial foundation that supports Brodie's next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing company at a pivotal stage and play a foundational role in shaping how financial decisions are made across the business. As one of the first hires within our FP&A function, you'll have the opportunity to build systems, develop reporting frameworks, and create the tools that help drive strategic growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, you will play a key role in financial modeling, budgeting, scenario planning, cash flow forecasting, reporting, and the implementation of AI-powered finance tools. You'll work closely with senior leaders across the organization, helping translate data into actionable insights that support business performance and long-term growth. This role offers significant exposure to strategic finance initiatives, including treasury, investor reporting, capital planning, and future expansion opportunities as the company scales.
