What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in management consulting or an internal transformation/strategy department, Demonstrating rigorous engineering-led approach to problem solving, able to decompose complex bottlenecks into scalable logic, Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects in a matrixed e-commerce or tech environment, Exceptional interpersonal a "facilitator" mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority, Familiarity with AI use cases and how they can be integrated into business processes, ability to discuss methodology with technical experts and CAIO teams, ability to leverage AI-driven automation to build high-leverage, repeatable solutions, Exceptional oral and written communication in able to synthesize technical complexity for ExCo reporting

You will lead high-impact strategic projects from inception to handover, ensuring that business vision is translated into operational reality. End-to-End Strategic Delivery, acting as Product Manager, enabling high velocity of delivery Scoping & Business Value: Define project scope, economic models, business cases, and benchmarks for key initiatives. Challenge business, requirements and define a strategic vision Friction removal and operational Setup: Set up the organization and planning for major transformation projects, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure consistency across all stakeholders, and building realistic delivery timelines.
