What You'll Achieve.
driving overall Cybersecurity service (consulting and vSOC) and product (market leading OEM’s/ISV’s) revenue; grow New Era’s market reputation in security
Industry & Context.
Ability to travel to meet with clients or attend industry events, Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment, Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling, Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing), Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus, Prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen, 20-25% domestic travel
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-10+ years of experience in IT Security and / or Managed Security Services, Experience in providing guidance in strategic, program and project initiatives in cyber security, Highly proficient in AI tool use and efficient use of AI products, Working technical knowledge of security technologies (across multiple domains such as Firewall, Network IPS, SIEM, DLP, Cloud Security etc. ), familiarity with security products (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Cisco Splunk, Trellix, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc. )
Nice to Have
Professional security-related qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent are highly desirable, Working knowledge and familiarity with IT GRC and Offensive & Defensive Security consulting services (e. g. , penetration testing, PCI audit, SOC-Led Ops/MDR, AI security, IAM, cloud security, network security, Microsoft security, security assessments, etc. ) is highly desirable (pre-sales perspective), Experience in a pre- or post-sales capacity in an information security environment is desirable, Exposure to leveraging cybersecurity for digital transformation activities is a value add, Working knowledge and familiarity with Virtualization, Cloud, and AI technologies is desirable, Broad experience and understanding of industry standards, framework and leading practices such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, NIST, etc., Broad experience and understanding of security trends, threat landscape and frameworks like the cyber kill-chain, Broad experience and understanding of regulatory framework and guidelines in the region are highly desirable, Bachelor’s degree in technology or sales related field

Lead Cybersecurity field enablement
Engage with clients as trusted advisor
Understand security challenges and requirements
Provide pre-sales support
Present and articulate New Era security value proposition
Communicate capabilities of New Era security services
Monitor and assess industry/technology advancements
solutions and value propositions
Establish presence in key client accounts
Develop security solution profiles
Own and develop relationships with key vendor contacts
Conduct security trainings
Identify opportunities for consulting and integration services
Demonstrate industry thought leadership
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the broader New Era Sales and Engineering organization; Collaboration with sales teams; Work with Account Managers and Sales Directors; Work with New Era Cybersecurity team
