What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6+ years’ experience in strategic communications, change communications, or corporate affairs within complex, matrixed organisations, Bachelor's degree in communication or related field, Proven track record of leading communications for enterprise-wide transformation programmes, spanning: Technology / digital transformation, Operating model redesign, Process optimisation, Culture and behavioural change, experience working across Sub-Saharan Africa, with the ability to navigate regional nuances and cultural dynamics effectively, Exceptional storyteller and narrative architect, Cross-cultural influence and stakeholder engagement, Enterprise communication design expertise, Behavioural-led communication approach, Multi-channel campaign leadership, Data-driven and outcome-oriented, Executive presence and advisory capability

Nice to Have

Experience within a partnership model (e. g. , professional services) and/or top-tier communications / PR agency highly advantageous, Exposure to large, multinational corporate environments with senior stakeholder engagement

Drive Behavioural Change Through Insight-Led Messaging
