What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management & Insurance, Data Analytics, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in insurance distribution, carrier management, strategy, analytics, or consulting roles, Demonstrated experience working directly with insurance carriers and managing or influencing carrier relationships, analytical expertise with the ability to interpret complex production, financial, and portfolio data, Experience building and leading performance reporting frameworks (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools), Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence senior stakeholders, executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with internal and external leadership, Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, market-driven environment, Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and business units, Willingness and ability to travel regularly (approximately 40-50%), English (Required)

Nice to Have

Deep understanding of wholesale insurance distribution and specialty lines, Experience leading carrier strategy, portfolio management, or market expansion initiatives, Background in corporate strategy or analytics within insurance or financial services, Familiarity with CRM systems, production reporting tools, and BI platforms
