Our AI-powered SaaS solution digitally connects investors, advisors, tax software, portals, accounting firms, the IRS, and state tax authorities — simplifying complex K-1 workflows, accelerating filings, reducing costs, and delivering greater transparency across the $20T+ alternatives ecosystem. We work with more than 40,000 organizations, including 44 of the 100 largest U.S. institutional investors and 20 of the top 25 accounting firms. K1x recently secured a $175M growth investment led by Sumeru Equity Partners, with continued participation from Edison Partners, to deepen the platform and accelerate the network. ### About k1xChange k1xChange is the network layer of the K1x platform — the digital exchange that moves K-1 data between every party that needs it via the standardized. k1x file format. As alternatives scale and investment structures grow more layered, k1xChange is positioned to become the connective tissue of the industry, and the foundation of a new industry consortium designed to free up significant working capital currently trapped in slow, manual tax-data processes. ### The Role We are hiring a Strategic Business Development Manager — k1xChange to build demand across every persona on the network and help shape the industry consortium that will define how K-1 data moves for years to come. You will work directly with the President of the group and a bench of industry veterans. We care less about a perfect résumé than about the candidate who shows up hungry, thinks strategically, learns fast, and refuses to lose.
