What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Several years of successful new-business sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of opening new accounts and closing complex deals., A network of decision-makers and influencers in the Bavarian medtech or regulated health-product ecosystem., Experience selling custom services into complex technical environments, ideally involving software, hardware, AI, data, product development, engineering services, or technology consulting., Commercial drive, negotiation confidence, and the ability to navigate senior stakeholders up to C-level., Fluent business German, written and spoken, is essential for senior client conversations, negotiations, and relationship English is a plus for internal collaboration and international customer contexts.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with regulated product-development environments, with preferred experience selling custom services to customers in medical devices, medical diagnostics, connected medical devices, and the SaMD space.

What You'll Do.

and acquire new mid-to-large German medtech clients with a focus on Munichavaria.

Build and develop a high-quality new-business pipeline.

Lead consultative sales processes from first contact through discovery

positioning Zühlke as a strategic technology and product-development partner.

Engage credibly with Managing Directors

and other senior stakeholders.

Act as the voice of the client in shaping opportunities

bringing the right experts together to create value propositions that fit the client’s needs.

Represent Zühlke in relevant Bavarian medtech

and technology networks
