ABOUT THE ROLE H is looking for a Strategic Bid Manager — AI Automation to lead and coordinate responses to complex bids, tenders, RFPs and RFIs from large enterprises and public-sector organizations. As demand for AI automation accelerates, H needs a structured, commercially minded, and technically curious bid professional who can translate customer needs into compelling proposals. You will help H win strategic opportunities by producing high-quality, persuasive, compliant, and differentiated responses. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex sales cycles, enterprise procurement, and tender processes, and who is excited by the opportunity to work at the frontier of agentic AI. ABOUT THE TEAM You will work closely with H’s sales, product, engineering, legal, security, finance, and leadership teams. Your mission will be to bring structure, speed, and quality to H’s bid-response process while helping the company position its AI automation capabilities in a clear and compelling way for enterprise and public-sector buyers. You will act as the central coordinator for strategic proposals, ensuring that every response reflects H’s technical excellence, business value, responsible AI standards, and ability to deliver.
