This is a brand-new role at ShareGate, where you’ll build and own our Microsoft alliance from the ground up. As our Strategic Alliance Manager, you’ll turn our relationship with Microsoft into a tangible growth engine—driving pipeline, accelerating deals, and strengthening our position within the Microsoft ecosystem. You won’t just manage a partnership—you’ll define how we show up with Microsoft. Working closely with our sales, marketing, product, and channel teams, you’ll translate strategic alignment into real business impact. Responsibilities: Own the Microsoft partnership end-to-end — from co-sell readiness to executive alignment — to establish Microsoft as a measurable growth lever for ShareGate in FY27; Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate active deals toward closed revenue; Activate and optimize Microsoft programs (MACC, Marketplace, MDF, ISV Success) to grow Marketplace transactions and maximize commercial impact; Build and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with marketing — campaigns, field events, and co-branded plays — to drive Microsoft-influenced pipeline; Expand ShareGate's presence across Microsoft's partner ecosystem (CSPs, MSPs, SIs) to grow attach rates and increase Migrate → Protect bundle adoption; Act as the internal author
