Must Have
5+ years of experience in a closing sales or account executive role, Track record of personally landing complex, high-value deals, Experience negotiating non-standard structures (sponsorships, partnerships, custom commercial terms), Experience going 0-to-1 before: built out a region, opened a new market, or stood up a sales motion from scratch at a startup or new line of business, Authentic network in at least one of: live music and nightlife, food and hospitality, art and design, wellness, or institutional/cultural programming, Credible in any your confidence comes from your instincts, affability, and genuine curiosity, Exceptional operator with business instincts, Disciplined about CRM hygiene, forecasting, deal review, and pipeline math, Understand payback periods and ROI, Move fast, scrappy, and not above any task: cold emails, comped tickets for a show, going to the event yourself to close the next one, Genuinely excited about Partiful, Thrown parties on it and know firsthand what it takes to bring a great event to life
