## Accountabilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across assigned strategic accounts. Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within existing and emerging customer relationships. Lead strategic account planning cycles, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and growth targets. Achieve assigned sales quotas and profitability objectives across designated accounts. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer expectations and business goals. Proactively assess customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions and value-driven proposals. Lead proposal development, contract discussions, and account negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and risks within assigned accounts. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent engagement and performance delivery. Represent the organization at industry events and contribute to broader market visibility and positioning. Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in animal health, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related B2B sales environments. Proven success in managing strategic or enterprise accounts and driving consistent revenue growth. Strong experience in consultative selling, account planning, and contract negotiation. Solid understanding of veterinary or healthcare industry dynamics is highly preferred. Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial and commercial data.
