What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–5 years of proven experience in high-stakes account management, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field, Solid knowledge of the internet economy and e-commerce growth levers, Highly data-driven with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, Ability to perform root cause analysis on account churn or performance dips, Skill to build/optimize process flows to streamline the partner experience, Exceptional ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and key stakeholders, A self-starter capable of leading independent projects and driving "win-win" strategic initiatives without constant supervision, High energy and driven to exceed KPIs in a competitive, evolving market

What You'll Do.
Own the P&L and commercial performance of assigned strategic accounts
Drive sustainable revenue growth
and long-term partner retention
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to unlock incremental growth opportunities
Identify whitespace opportunities across assortment
Identify and onboard high-value key partners aligned with company growth strategy
high-stakes negotiations to secure commercially viable
margin-accretive agreements
Structure partnerships that balance scale
and competitive positioning
Serve as the executive point of contact for senior partner stakeholders
long-term strategic relationships that drive exclusivity and loyalty
Influence internal leadership and external partners to align on growth priorities and execution roadmaps
Forecast and manage monthly
and annual revenue targets
Translate data into actionable commercial strategies across product mix
and operational efficiency
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
