Required to be on-site in office in Copenhagen, Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time, Fluent in Danish and English, Based in Copenhagen with the right to work in Denmark

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS account management, Demonstrated success managing and growing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with C-suite stakeholders, Proven track record of driving expansion ARR within large enterprise accounts through strategic account planning and value realization, commercial acumen, including experience with complex deal negotiation, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting, Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, balancing customer advocacy with revenue growth objectives, Experience applying value-based selling methodologies to demonstrate measurable business impact, Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time, Fluent in Danish and English, based in Copenhagen with the right to work in Denmark

What You'll Do.

Own and grow a portfolio of H1’s most critical customer relationships

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

Drive account expansion across business units

Strengthen long-term partnerships and maximize client impact

Serve as the executive-level point of contact for strategic accounts

trusted partnerships across C-Suite

and Business Unit leaders

Ensure account retention by leading Executive Business Reviews

Navigate renewals and proactively addressing risks to customer retention

Act as H1's ambassador within customer steering committees

Develop and execute multi-year account strategies

Expand H1’s footprint through cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Identify and drive new business within existing accounts

Gain a deep understanding of customer initiatives

and emerging business needs

Partner with H1’s Legal

and Revenue Operations teams to negotiate renewals

and complex agreements

data-driven feedback to Product

and Customer Success teams

Represent customer perspectives internally

Accurately forecast quarterly revenue and pipeline for your accounts

Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and deal progression updates

Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding

and ongoing engagement

Become a subject-matter expert in H1’s products

and value proposition
