Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Develop and execute strategic account plans for key hospital groups and healthcare networks to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, clinical leaders, and procurement stakeholders across assigned accounts. Lead complex commercial negotiations, including pricing structures, multi-site agreements, and long-term partnership contracts. Drive upselling and cross-selling across diagnostic portfolios, including histopathology, advanced staining, and digital pathology solutions. Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitive activity to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, service, finance, supply chain, and clinical applications to deliver customer value. Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates to maintain visibility of business performance. Execute account strategies aligned with organizational goals to deliver revenue, margin, and growth targets. Requirements: 8+ years of experience in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare, or life sciences sales. At least 5+ years of experience in key account management or strategic account roles. Proven track record of managing large hospital networks or healthcare enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder environments. Strong ability to build and execute strategic account plans that drive sustained revenue growth. Deep understanding of sales metrics, pricing strategies, margin management, and value-based selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Medical Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
