Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive account performance, long-term partnership value, and customer satisfaction. Build and execute joint business plans in collaboration with Sales Strategy and Category Management to achieve revenue and growth targets. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making. Lead execution of promotional strategies and ensure alignment between customer priorities and internal business objectives. Manage trade spend, promotional budgets, and investment strategies to maximize return on investment and profitability. Support forecasting, performance tracking, and goal setting while delivering clear insights and updates to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, and sales to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision-making and improve account performance. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in consumer health, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related sales/account management roles. Strong track record of managing key retail or national accounts, preferably in drug retail or large-scale customer environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly convey business insights. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
