Must Have
5+ years of relevant Account Management experience, Experience Managing, retaining and growing a book of business, Consistent over-performance on key sales or customer success metrics, Remarkable discovery skills with customers, A technical solutioning framework, Proven experience managing multiple projects internally with engineering, product and finance teams, Contract and/or pricing negotiations experience with external senior stakeholders, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Creative and strategic problem solving capabilities
Nice to Have
Restaurant experience, F&B Technology experience
What You'll Do.
Manage a book of 150 - 175 Strategic Food
Project manage the execution of technical solutions
Partner with Strategic Account Executives on high-growth deals
Negotiate pricing for use-case expansion and retention
Provide white glove client service and troubleshooting
Inform operations and program design
Conduct quarterly business reviews
