As Strategic Account Manager, you will work closely with strategic partners across e-commerce, logistics, retail, and adjacent industries , acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in smart locker and out-of-home delivery solutions. From identifying latent customer needs to shaping and executing complex commercial initiatives, you will lead business development efforts that improve consumer lifestyles while delivering sustainable growth for Packcity Japan.
