Must Have
5+ years in pharma sales/marketing, key account management, and/or medical, 2+ years in a people-management role, Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field, leadership, coaching, and people development skills, scientific knowledge and ability to discuss clinical topics, Strategic mindset and commercial acumen, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management, planning and execution with high accountability, Omnichannel mindset and ability to orchestrate cross-functional engagement, High integrity, compliance-focused, and patient-centric
Nice to Have
Oncology, biologics/immunotherapy, or specialty therapy experience, Proven record of meeting/exceeding launch experience, Fluent in English and Filipino (written and spoken), Valid Philippine driver’s willing to travel

**Role Summary** As a Strategic Accounts Manager for GSK in the Philippines, you will lead and manage a team of strategic account representatives to deliver sales targets, strengthen key account relationships, and drive growth in your region. You will execute sales strategy, coach and develop the team, and ensure alignment with GSK’s values and objectives. Key Responsibilities 1\.
