What You'll Do.

Acquire new customers in assigned territory

Handle existing customer base if assigned

Own existing accounts from lead generation to delivery

Report all sales activity daily

Develop business and build relationships with corporates

Sign MOUs with corporates

Build and nurture relationships with CXO/CFO-level stakeholders

Promote ESG offerings

Organize theme based events

Ensure participation of CXO/CFO Level contacts

Ensure timely renewal of existing accounts

Explore cross selling opportunities

Explore upgrading opportunities

Manage overall Accounts Receivables

Provide industry updates at regular intervals

Maintain constant relationship with existing customers

Ensure process adherence at all times

Ensure error free timely delivery of projects

Liaise with operations team for smooth delivery

Ensure service expectations are met

Maintain data/client contact details

File progress reviews

File forecasting reports

Update all activities in tools

Track movement of all activities
