Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in virtual client environments. Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with corporate and enterprise-level stakeholders. ## Accountabilities Manage a high volume of inbound sales opportunities (web, phone, chat), typically handling multiple new leads daily. Own the full sales cycle from initial qualification through solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. Deliver consultative sales experiences by advising clients on event production, AV, staging, and creative solutions aligned to their needs. Conduct client meetings (primarily via Zoom), presenting tailored event concepts and guiding stakeholders through the decision-making process. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and account expansion. Collaborate with internal production, creative, and technical teams to design and deliver accurate, compelling event solutions. Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using CRM systems. Identify high-value accounts with potential for significant long-term revenue growth.
