What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field, Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management, Experience in the construction industry, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software

Job Purpose The Storekeeper is responsible for managing all site store activities, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, control, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution. The role ensures inventory accuracy, material availability, compliance with company procedures, and adherence to HSE and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control * Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, consumables, tools, and equipment. * Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when required. * Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliations. * Ensure proper tracking of material movements and inventory transactions. Receiving & Issuing Materials * Receive materials delivered to site and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes. * Inspect received materials for quality, specifications, and potential damages. * Coordinate with procurement and site teams regarding discrepancies or non-conforming materials. * Issue materials to authorized personnel and maintain proper documentation.
