Full Job Description
The Ralph Group are delighted to accept applications for a full time Store Supervisor in their new store based in Donacarney, Co. Meath. SPAR Ralph Group require full time Store Assistant Managers to join their amazing team. Positions are located in Longwood Co. Meath and North County Dublin. Customer Care • Accountable for ensuring consistently excellent customer experiences • To ensure all customer complaints are dealt with speedily & in the appropriate manner • To operate in an ‘always getting better’ mind-set _ Management_ • Plan and organise operation ensuring consistent service provided to the customer _ Operations_ • Ensure operation runs efficiently and smoothly • Ensure store standards are consistently improved in terms of housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service • Ensure in-store promotions are managed appropriately • Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and managed within the store • Manage cash handling in line with company cash handling procedures and take action on any discrepancies that arise • Manage store merchandising ensuring appropriate “value” image is portrayed in line with company procedures _ Stock Management_ • Ensure effective stock control systems are in place • Preparation for and management of stock take • Ensure effective food management and waste systems are implemented, managed and updated appropriately • Identify areas of stock loss and ensure effective systems are in place to minimise stock loss (e.g. through pilferage, wastage, damages) • Ensure effective stock rotation and stock monitoring systems are in place and adhered to
