Role Summary We’re looking for a Store Supervisor to join the team and focus on growing our own Dark Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq! What's On Your Plate? * Operational Execution: Manage day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts, including inbound receiving, stocking, and efficient pick-and-pack fulfillment. * Inventory Accuracy: Drive accurate inventory control through consistent cycle counts and rigorous stock takes, ensuring stock levels align with demand planning to prevent OOS/OVS. * Performance Metrics: Actively contribute to store performance targets, with a core focus on the Store Audit Score, preparation time, and operational efficiency. * Staff & Shift Management: Execute shift scheduling and coordination to ensure optimal coverage and productivity. * Compliance & Policy Adherence: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards. Ensure all activities adhere to company SOPs, disciplinary matrices, and attendance protocols. * Proactive Problem-Solving: Monitor fulfillment workflows to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with the Sr. Store Supervisor to implement corrective actions and process improvements. ## Qualifications * You have at least 4-6 years of experience in supermarkets * You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job. * Good communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools. * Additionally, you have robust inter
