About the Job The Store Sales Manager is the heartbeat of our revenue strategy, tasked with the ultimate retail challenge: driving aggressive sales growth within the tight boundaries of cannabis regulation. There is no leading from the back—you are an on-the-floor coach and data-driven strategist who thrives on the 'real-time' win. You will spend your days transforming every Budtender interaction into a transformational customer experience. Your goal is to consistently exceed sales targets while strictly adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines. What You Will Do Core Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management. Maintain a clean, organized and well merchandised store environment, ensuring product is neatly placed with correct signage. Manage employee rest periods and meal breaks according to CA Labor laws. Assign tasks and register assignments on the Daily Schedule. Drive store revenue by setting clear hourly goals for the day and holding the team accountable to performance expectations.
