What You'll Do.
manage the profitable operations of your assigned store
maintain a high standard for merchandising
use proper display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers
Recruit and hire store associates
Foster the growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate
Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
while enforcing company policies and procedures
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Implement operational and merchandising direction that is communicated from our corporate headquarters
Help your store reach its maximum profit contribution
Protect company assets
Maintain a high level of customer service across the store
and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers
