Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader in an upscale, premium, or fashion-forward brand, with a balance of people leadership and business acumen to drive results., Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic environment., Maintaining motivation, focus, and performance while adapting strategies to shifting business needs., Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, make sound decisions, and lead through change with agility and confidence., A people-first leader with a passion for developing others, building buy-in at all levels to understand KPIs, expectations, and their impact on results., Deep understanding of operational excellence, including planning allocations, merchandising and product movement, labour management, and escalation handling to ensure seamless store execution., Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to leverage systems, tools, and data to train teams, execute initiatives, and support consistent performance across the store., Must have the necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or older, Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 25 lbs, Ability to move efficiently through the store for long periods of time and as needed for an entire shift., Open and flexible availability to ensure business needs are met including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
