Must Have
3–5 years in retail management, ideally within premium, outdoor or sports lifestyle brands, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams., Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and driving profitable results with an entrepreneurial mindset., A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering brand loyalty through service, storytelling, and community engagement., organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and team performance., Fluency in both the local language (e. g. , German) and English is essential., Willingness to work key retail periods (e. g. , Black Friday and holiday season) and ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.

Drive store profitability by managing budgets
