Proven experience as a retail manager with a sales track record, Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through team performance and client engagement, leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, High level of business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and act on it, Experience with multi-channel POS systems and retail technology, Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, Ability to work a full-time retail schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays), Comfortable working independently when needed

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or related field preferred
